Connect your Google account

  1. Connect to your Murena Workspace account with your credentials

  2. Click on “Settings”, then on the “Data migration” tab screen showing how to access Settings screen showing how to access the Migrate Data setting

  3. Use the “Sign in with Google” button to authenticate your account on Murena Workspace screen showing how to sign in with Google

  4. You will then be invited by Google to approve access authorizations to services like Calendar, Drive, Photos and Contacts. You can choose to grant authorizations only to part of these apps depending on what you want to migrate to your Murena Workspace account. screen showing how to give consent to Murena Workspace

  5. After signing in and giving permissions, you will be able to import your data

Import Contacts

  1. Click on the “Import Google Contacts” button to import your contacts to Murena Workspace Screen showing Import Google Contacts button

  2. Once your contacts are imported, you will see a notification mentioning the import was successful Screen showing successful Google contacts import

  3. You can now access your imported contacts through the Murena Workspace Contacts app or sync to your /e/OS device

Import Calendars

  1. Please choose the calendar that you want to import from the listed calendars from your Google Account (here we have chosen “my-tasks-calendar”)

  2. Click on the “Import calendar” button to import chosen calendar Screen showing Import calendar button

  3. Once your calendar is imported, you will see a notification mentioning the import was successful Notification after calendar import

  4. You can now access your imported calendar through the Murena Workspace Calendar app or sync it to your /e/OS device

Import files from Drive

  1. Choose your preferred document import format

  2. Set your preferred import directory

  3. Click on the “Import Google Drive files” button Screen showing Import Google Drive files button

  4. As files from your Drive are imported in the background, you can now leave this page and come back to check progress of import from time to time

  5. Upon successful import, you will receive a notification mentioning the import was successful Notification after a successful Drive files import

  6. You can now access your files from the Murena Workspace Files app
